Stop 30 / States 18 & 19: Boothbay, ME
Today, after a long break, we hooked the trailer back up and headed through New Hampshire to Maine. Briar, Gus and the kids followed a couple of hours later. They have a tent site that is semi-adjacent to our trailer site. Some of you may have noticed that I didn't add Rhode Island to my state count. That's because we weren't towing the trailer. Washington, D.C. didn't get counted for a similar reason (and the fact that it's not a state).
Here's everyone enjoying each other's company outside the trailer (the 6 of us are a tight squeeze inside the trailer).
And, a little later, it's time for smoors!
Good news today! The AC part came in at the Chevy dealership in Providence so, first thing Monday morning, I'll be heading back to Rhode Island. We will not have to head West without AC. Hurray!
