Stop 52: Boise, ID
Today's 179 mile leg took us to Boise, ID and one of our least favorite campgrounds. This campground was a KOA. There are many good things that we've come to expect of KOA's. This place had none of them. This place had a lot of pavement, a little bit of grass, minimal trees and a large number of long term residents who thought the in park speed limit was 35 MPH (it was 5 MPH)
It's possible that my general impression of the place was influenced by the fact that our computer chose this spot to die. In Arco, I was working on the blog while waiting for the bar-be-cue to heat up. I set the computer on our outside table while I checked the coals and a gust of wind threw the table and computer across the driveway. No problems last night but today, it's refusing to boot.
